In the Name of the Moon

So for Anime North this year I got to with with Ani-BEE and we decided to do a duo from Sailor Moon! Ani-Bee made Nehelenia and I thought Queen Serenity would be a good match. For our skit we used a Mirror theme (I even made a Mirror set piece for the skit) our hard work paid off and we ended up winning Best Storytelling in the Master level! I had a lot of fun making Queen Serenity, I hunted down the right fabric and tried out different techniques. This was my first time making Odangos which was a fun challenge. I hope to do a photoshoot soon so I can share some non Green Room photos! I worked really hard on the dress and am very proud of it.
